Craig L. Royal, Chairman, CEO and Manager

Craig Royal is the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, co-founder/promoter and a member of the management committee of Royal United Financial Services LLC. From 1999 to 2007, he was a partner and the Chief Financial Officer at Oak Street Financial Services, LLC, a privately-owned diversified financial services holding company. Oak Street Financial Services, LLCÕs assets included ownership of all or a portion of three companies. These companies included Oak Street Mortgage, LLC, a national mortgage banking company with 700 employees, Oak Street Funding, LLC, a commission based commercial lender to insurance agents and agencies, and Hudson & Keyse LLC, a national debt resolution company. In his role at Oak Street Financial Services he led the financial team in preparing Oak Street for an Initial Public Offering. As a part of preparing for the IPO he lead the finance team in establishing those controls necessary to become Sarbanes Oxley compliant. Additionally Mr. Royal established the reporting tools necessary to meet SEC guidelines. He also successfully negotiated three acquisitions to support the companyÕs growth and negotiated $500 million in debt financing. In raising capital for Oak Street Financial Services, Mr. Royal managed the companyÕs private placement equity offering and finally managed the sale of the assets of Oak Street Mortgage to NovaStar Mortgage. Prior to employment by Oak Street Mr. Royal held positions at Hubbell Realty Company as CFO, Mansur Real Estate Investments as Asset Manager, and Keystone Investment Services, Inc. as Partner/Business Development Director. In 1984 Mr. Royal graduated from Drake University. He subsequently obtained his MBA from Drake in 1991. Mr. Royal is an entrepreneurially-driven financial executive accomplished in the raising of capital and structuring of complex capital transactions.

Michael P. Keleher, President and Manager

Michael P. Keleher is the President and Manager, co-founder/promoter and a member of the management committee of Royal United Financial Services LLC. With the sale of the retail origination channel of Oak Street Mortgage to NovaStar Mortgage in December 2006, from December, 2006 through January, 2008, Mr. Keleher was a Divisional Director of Retail Sales for NovaStar Mortgage, a publicly traded mortgage banker. In his role at NovaStar he was responsible for the management of 150 employees producing $45.0 million a month in origination volume. Prior to joining NovaStar, from February, 2000 through November, 2006, Mr. Keleher held several managerial positions at Oak Street Mortgage. During his tenure at Oak Street Mortgage, Mr. Keleher began in February, 2000 as retail branch manager. Mr. Keleher successfully grew the branch to 30 loan officers producing $20.0 million a month in origination volume. In 2003, Mr. Keleher was promoted to Regional Director, Midwest Division, where he was responsible for four offices employing 100 loan officers producing $60.00 million a month in origination volume. In July, 2004, Mr. Keleher was asked to reorganize the loan operations division of Oak Street Mortgage. As Director of Loan Operations, Mr. Keleher managed Underwriting, Processing, Retail Closing, Post Closing / Quality Control and Investor Delivery. In March, 2005, Mr. Keleher returned to being the Regional Director, Midwest Region where he managed six retail branches producing in excess of $60.0 million a month in origination volume. Prior to joining Oak Street, Mr. Keleher held several managerial positions at Banc One Financial Services from April 1996 through January 2000. Mr. Keleher is a graduate of Indiana University where he graduated with honors with a degree in Public Financial Management.
