Craig L. Royal – Chairman and CEO

Craig Royal is the Chairman & CEO of Royal United Financial Services LLC. His vision is to build a diversified financial services company that provides services to the people served by Royal United Financial Services LLC, whether they are customers, employees or the communities served by Royal United Mortgage.

From 1999 to 2007, Royal was a partner and the CFO at Oak Street Financial Services, LLC, a privately-owned diversified financial services holding company with investments in mortgage lending, debt collections and insurance premium lending. At Oak Street Financial Services, while leading the financial team in preparation for an IPO and the implementation of becoming Sarbanes Oxley compliant and the reporting tools necessary to meet SEC guidelines, he also successfully negotiated multiple acquisitions to support the company's growth

Prior to Oak Street, Mr. Royal held positions at Hubbell Realty Company as CFO, Mansur Real Estate Investments as Asset Manager, and Keystone Investment Services, Inc. as Partner/Business Development Director.

In 1984 Mr. Royal graduated from Drake University. He subsequently obtained his MBA from Drake in 1991. Mr. Royal is an entrepreneurially-driven financial executive accomplished in the raising of capital and structuring of complex capital transactions.

Michael P. Keleher, President

Michael P. Keleher is the President of Royal United Financial Services LLC. His vision is to provide an environment at Royal United Mortgage where customers and employees can have a better financial future. Mr. Keleher is responsible for tactical implementations and daily operations of Royal United Mortgage.

From December 2006 through January 2008, Mr. Keleher was a Divisional Director of Retail Sales for NovaStar Mortgage, a publicly traded mortgage banker. Prior to joining NovaStar, Mr. Keleher held several managerial positions at Oak Street Mortgage, from February 2000 through November 2006. Through continued success and growth, he was promoted to Regional Director, Midwest Division, employing 100 loan officers producing $60 million a month in origination volume. Prior to joining Oak Street, Mr. Keleher held several managerial positions at Bank One Consumer Lending and Banc One Financial Services from April 1996 through January 2000.

Mr. Keleher is a graduate of Indiana University where he graduated with honors with a degree in Public Financial Management.

Steven M. Reuss, Director of Lending, Owner

Steven M. Reuss is a Director of Lending and Owner of Royal United Mortgage. His vision is to lead his sales team to provide world class service and a guided experience for Royal United's customers.

From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Reuss was responsible for running the second-review division of NovaStar Financial which was responsible for ensuring that every customer has another opportunity to get a mortgage. Prior to NovaStar, Mr. Reuss was a Director of Lending at Oak Street Mortgage from 2001 to 2006, where he fulfilled the same role.

From early 1997 through late 2001, Mr. Reuss held a number of positions at Bank One Consumer Lending and Banc One Financial Services. Prior to that, Mr. Reuss was a stockbroker with Olde Discount Stockbrokers where he earned both Series 7 and 42 SEC licenses.

Mr. Reuss graduated from Indiana University School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

David B. Jacobs, Director of Operations, Owner

David B. Jacobs is the Director of Operations for Royal United Mortgage. His vision is to lead his operations team to provide fast and easy lending for Royal United's customers, every time. From 2000 to 2008, Mr. Jacobs held a number of progressively broader roles at both Oak Street Mortgage and NovaStar Financial. Whether that was sales, training or working one-on-one with customers, Mr. Jacobs focus was consistently providing leadership and guidance.

Prior to joining Oak Street Mortgage, Mr. Jacobs was a Real Estate Specialist for Banc One Financial. From early 1997 through 1998, Mr. Jacobs was a financial advisor with Fortis Investors/Diversified Financial Concepts.

Mr. Jacobs graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Science degree and holds Series 6, 63 and Life licenses.

Eric P. Morr, Director of Lending, Owner

Eric P. Morr is a Director of Lending for Royal United Mortgage. His vision is to lead his sales team to provide world class service and a guided experience for Royal United's customers.

Prior to joining Royal United, Mr. Morr was an owner of a Net Branch for Acceptance Capital Mortgage in St. Louis, MO. From 2000-2005, Mr. Morr held a number of managerial positions with Oak Street Mortgage., earning several awards for top performance.

Mr. Morr has over 13 years experience in the mortgage industry with firms that also include Bank One Corporation and Fortis Investors.

Mr. Morr graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Sharon S Robbins, Director of Marketing

Sharon S. Robbins is the Director of Marketing for Royal United Mortgage. Her vision is to bring the Royal United's vision to fruition by building awareness and growth for the business.

Sharon is a high-energy, passionate marketing leader who has experienced significant success through creative thinking and the implementation of measurable tactics that grow and optimize marketing efforts.

Sharon led both the wholesale and retail marketing and advertising groups as well as managed the brand and public relations at Oak Street Financial Services. During her tenure, the company grew from $1.2 billion to $2.5 billion in annual volume.

While at Bank One Retail, Sharon led a team of marketing professionals responsible for the design and implementation of strategy and tactics to grow the e-commerce channel. She created consumer mindset models and increased customer subscription from 70,000 to 1.1 million in three years or over 1300%.

Earlier in her career, working with one of top tier global companies, she successfully quadrupled revenue for one of its new product lines by leveraging consumer direct, wholesale and affiliate marketing working with firms such as:

Sharon earned her Master of Arts degree in consumer and industrial psychology with a 4.0 GPA at Fairleigh Dickenson University in Madison, New Jersey.

Katherine Ray, Director of Purchase Lending

Katherine Ray is the Director of Purchase Lending for Royal United Mortgage. Her vision is to provide realtors and their customers with an exceptional mortgage loan experience through Royal United systems and a fresh approach to lending.

With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Ms. Ray has most recently been President/Senior Managing Member of Madison Mortgage LLC where they primarily focus on Realtor referred purchase business.

Ms. Ray is a graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
