- When I decided to try to refinance my mortgage, I was approached by 3 different bank advisors but I chose to work with Robin S. at Royal United Mortgage She provided with me detailed information about how the transaction would be handled, but even more than that she did not pressure me about making a decision. She let me know that she would walk me through the process and she did. Sometimes when people can't meet you face to face or don't know what you know about what you're about to pursue they try to take advantage of you and give you faulty information, Robin was HONEST with me. I can tell you I was bombarded by many who desired to do what you did. But I know without a doubt that none of them could have done what you did. - I must tell you about my experience working with Monika at Royal United Mortgage. Once again, after paying bills one Friday I was emotionally exhausted from being drowned in credit card payments that were being made but the balances were never really moving. I decided to fill out a computer questionnaire on the computer thinking that I could just check out some possibilities on line and not have to deal with a hundred "sales" calls. I was wrong. As soon as I pushed the enter button I was immediately bombarded by salespeople wanting my business and my information. As each one came in I simply either did not answer or just told people I was no longer interested. This happened when Monika called and I told her rudely "I am not interested - please don't call me back". She wrote me an email to follow up and explained details in a way that sounded like she genuinely cared to help me. Well after many phone calls and emails and an incredible amount of persistence, patience and professionalism I am happy to say that Monika helped my husband and I not only lower our house payment but pay off all our credit cards and have money in an emergency fund. The money we are saving each month is not only incredible it is an improvement in our quality of life. There is no price that can be put on lifting the pressure and stress of being stretched every month financially from our shoulders. - We went on Lending Tree inquiring about a home equity loan and within 10 minutes, someone from Royal United called us. We knew that we had obstacles that we would run into but Ben walked us through each and every one of them. Ben really went out of his way for us to make sure we got what we needed and as quickly as he possibly could. He answered every one of my phone calls and emails even though I know that I had to be driving him crazy.. - I've talked with & emailed several different mortgage companies, they were all a little too pushy for me. Some talked as if they didn't know or didn't want to answer my questions. When I spoke with Jon it was a whole different game. He was kind, polite and very professional. He talked as if he had my interest at heart. He talked as if he had walked in my shoes (knew where I was hurting). Jon explained everything so I could understand it. We kept in touch by phone & email.
