“Hi, my name is Colby Hurford and I’m the Corporate Training Manager here at Royal United Mortgage LLC. I’ve been with Royal since April of 2012. One of the great things that makes the training department here so exciting and inventive is the fact that our program is based on what successful advisors in our company are doing. The other great thing about our training is that it’s spent 50% in classroom and the other 50% is on the job experience with a licensed Team Leader.
