Royal United Mortgage LLC Makes an IMPACT on Boys & Girls Club of Elgin

The teens of Boys & Girls Club of Elgin had the chance to spend a whole morning honing in on their career skills, thanks to Royal United Mortgage LLC.

The team at Royal United Mortgage LLC generously shared their tried and true interview skills and what it takes to be successful once hired. They also shared wisdom on the power of social media and its effect on employment, even years down the road – this definitely piqued the interest of our teens!

Overall, BGCE teens left feeling inspired and excited about what the future holds. The day’s information was very relevant for one of BGCE’s teens – he had an interview lined up just a few short days later!
