Voted Indianapolis’ top workplace 2 years in a row
In the second week of June, employees at Royal United Mortgage LLC celebrated another victory. We were rated “Top Workplace” for midsized companies, for the second year in a row! This award would not be possible without our people. But, this wasn’t the only award we are given this year. Royal United Mortgage received a special award for “Direction” as well, which means that the employees here believe that our leadership is on the right path!
Marcy Grinslade stated, “I am very proud to know our employees feel we are going in the right direction!” Being a part of a company like Royal United Mortgage LLC means a great deal to all of its employees!”
Doran Lee expressed, “It feels like a family.”
Jimmy Nichols also had similar thoughts, “I wake up excited to work. We seem to have the perfect balance of pressure and motivation to hit goals. Everyone I work with seems to enjoy their job and you can feel that energy.”
In the morning, employees were greeted with balloons tied to each of their chairs and later celebrated with an enjoyable lunch from Famous Dave’s Barbeque! The lunch included barbecue pork or chicken, mac and cheese and coleslaw! Employees like Brandon Wallace were happy with this decision, “The mac and cheese was the best I’ve ever had!”
Royal United Mortgage LLC enjoys rewarding their employees and is hopeful to celebrate the win again next year!
